It's sturdy so I believe it will last long enough for my newborn to enjoy it when he gets older. It took a while to put together but it wasn't hard. The directions were easy to follow.

We bought this for our 2 year old daughter for a Christmas present. It took a few hours to put together on Christmas eve. I ended up building a pantry and attached it to the side for her extra food. Every kid that comes over our house loves to play with it.

Got this for my 5yr old son for Christmas because he just loves anything kitchen I will say the assembly was horrific! Took hours to put together I think there are 200 different screws with 55 steps lol

None of my pieces were damaged. My boys haven't stopped playing with it. It wasn't difficult to put together at all, just takes time. Took 2 3 hours with kids running around and 'helping'.
