1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item meets the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is returned in its original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, labels, and parts are included
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

4. Return Process

5. Return Shipping Costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
6. Refunds

7. Exchanges

For standard returns where the customer simply changes their mind, we may ask that the original item be returned first and a new order be placed for the replacement item.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it may no longer be canceled and will instead be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
