This little sand table came with about 3 toys. It's not very high which is fine for my needs. A one-year-old can stand and hold on if not walking yet. Kids love colors. I bought 1 pound of sand separately and will buy another 6 pounds cuz the table can hold quite a bit more than that. I don't see why you could put water in it instead and let the kids splash in it. Easy to handle, sturdy enough for intended age level.
