the straps keep it attached to the bed, can adjust one size so it has a bit of a tilt for those rough sinus drainage nights, the mattress is super soft.

The only complaint I have is that you can't store all the pieces together in the storage bag (bassinet That's very frustrating, and inconvenient. They don't even give you a little storage bag for the separate pieces! Now I have to buy something extra to store them in.
