Unfortunately for me I was super late opening these, so Im outside of the return window now. But even when theyre unlocked, the erase button doesnt work. So theyre essentially useless now since whatever is written on them is permanent. Tried 2 of the 4 and had the same results. Disappointing.

Let me start by saying these are great pads. They have a battery that can be replaced when it eventually runs out. In my opinion this is a great feature. The price was more than fair, but I do have one complaint. The pads didn't come with a string to secure the pen to the pad. This is minor but if you have little ones the pens can be easily lost and using a finger may not be enough. If the manufacturer would have added 4 strings this would have been a 5 star review.
